Coming out of left field during E3, Sony announced a remake of Shadow of the Colossus for the PlayStation 4. A game that started out on the PS2 back in 2005, got remastered for the PS3 in 2011, the new release will effectively overhaul the graphics and environment to modern standards. Now thanks to Sony’s TGS presentation, we have another look at the game. Check it out:

This trailer shows off many of the most memorable moments in its new engine, and it’s even viewable in 4K thanks to being captured from a PS4 Pro. This would imply that the game will run at native 4K on PS4 Pro at launch. Fear not if you don’t own the upgraded system, though, as the art direction of the game looks just as stunning in 1080p.

So, if you are already a fan, or a newcomer that is looking forward to playing for the first time, you can watch the trailer look forward to the game’s release in 2018.
